For many dogs, rehabilitation at home can make treatment easier and more relevant to everyday life. Assessments can take into account flooring, stairs, furniture and other environmental factors, while exercises can be practised in the same space where they will be performed between appointments.
Mobile appointments can also reduce unnecessary travel for dogs recovering from surgery or living with pain, weakness or reduced mobility.
